I brought my 2020 BMW X3 400iM in for service. The process was simple and I had a loaner for the day. Malcolm Fields was courteous and friendly. Good service provided by Malcolm Fields. Drop off was very easy. Pick up was fine. The communication could have been a tad better, but these are challenging times and I think they did fine given the circ very easy. Pick up was fine. Had a hatch problem late in the day and drove in. Joey, the service advisor jumped in to help. He got the car in to the technician who fixed the problem quickly. It was an excellent experience.
