This was my first visit at BMW of Southpoint was absolutely fabulous! Malcolm was my service advisor and he was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly and kept me posted on my absolutely fabulous! My favorite part is the mechanics' video. I love that feature as he shows the under carriage of the car and explains things as he goes along. Another thing I liked is that my car was immediately taken back to the service/garage area indicating prompt service! I am a totally satisfied customer and will recommend Southpoint BMW to others!
