Good service and quick turnaround which I appreciate as a busy professional. One star removed for two reasons: (1) during call prior to scheduling my service appointment, I had requested dealership to obtain busy professional. One star removed for two reasons: (1) during call prior to scheduling my service appointment, I had requested dealership to obtain records from my previous BMW dealership so they’d have full vehicle history which they said they’d do but didn’t; and (2) loaner vehicle use is too delayed and not accessible; prior experience on my previous vehicle with Lexus was excellent and loaner was always accessible so as not to interrupt daily responsibilities.
