I was notified by one of the service personnel at Performance BMW Southpoint that my 2021 330i has a recall due to potential faulty seatbelts. I was going to wait for their service guy to replace the Performance BMW Southpoint that my 2021 330i has a recall due to potential faulty seatbelts. I was going to wait for their service guy to replace the seatbelts which was scheduled to take about an hour and a half to complete. I was an hour early but Malcolm the staff attendant who waited on me) got me in right away and less than 40 minutes later I was informed that everything checked out just fine and I was on my way home. Malcolm, aware of my time constraints, made every effort to get me in and out as quickly as possible while maintaining professionalism, friendliness, and an easy going style. More

I brought a 09 135i I was planning on purchasing in for a pre-purchase inspection. I was also interesting in getting a Dinan tune for the car. I was extremely impressed by the thoroughness of the PPI, includ pre-purchase inspection. I was also interesting in getting a Dinan tune for the car. I was extremely impressed by the thoroughness of the PPI, including a video emailed to me showing underneath the car, along with pointing out the oil filter housing gasket leak. This really helped me feel confident that I was buying the right car. Joey helped make the entire process quick and easy and was a joy to work with. When I picked up the car, Joey brought me into the back to speak with Drew and Felix about the tune. We nerded out about the car and had a ton of fun talking about the plans for the tune and accessories that I want. I can't wait to continue working with them! More
