I was very happy with the level of professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. My Service advisor, Nate Gibson made me feel right at home. My loaner car was ready immediately, and when I received the car back from the dealer, all items on the list were taken care of and my car was hand washed and ready to go. Impressive service group. After inspection, I received a video showing and describing the problems that needed to be addressed so I clearly understood then and could make informed decisions on the work. The service advisor, Kenneth Butron, helped prioritize the work. I now have a safer car to drive I should be able to drive for many more years. Review and work was thorough and all was well done. I plan to continue to have them continue servicing my 22 year old E46. More
