Service Department at BMW of Southpoint always does it the right way. Brought our X5 in for service maintenance and state inspection before a long family trip. Service Advisor Josh Randle and his team were efficient, communicated excellent, and took care of me from start to finish. Waiting area is clean, fully stocked with snacks/drinks, and the wifi is great. You can definitely work there while you wait. Also great to see Service Manager Patricia Fradenburg. She brings a positive atmosphere in the service area and makes it a point to remember and check in on her customers each visit. More
Stephen did a great job taking care of my X3 today with my state inspection. He is also helping me schedule my oil change as well. I bought my car at Hendrick Apex and had the worst experience, but since m my state inspection. He is also helping me schedule my oil change as well. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this dealership. I had lost faith in BMW after a terrible experience with another dealership in Raleigh, but I am so thankful to have been led to South Po dealership. They have the best all around staff, from Curtis (GM) to Kenny and Harold (Service Advisors) all the way to Felix (Tech). I feel confident I am getting the best service available when I visit. I have bought several cars from here, and plan on many more purchases in the future. Typically, when you go to dealerships, you get the pushy salesman and the finance guy that want’s you to pay for every add on available, even if you don’t need it. But with William (Salesman) and Jon (Finance), I felt completely at ease. I never felt pressured into anything and felt confident that any questions I had they would give me a straightforward answer. If you are looking for a car and aren’t sure where to go, give them a try. I give them five stars, hands down! More

Ordered and purchased a 2021 M2 Competition. I originally spoke with Harvey about the build slot. Ended up working with Tyler through most of the process. Tyler walked me through the whole process and gave me a realistic timeline of events. He didn't even run my card for the deposit of the slot until they got acknowledgement of the build of BMW. Tyler was communicative and never let emails sit longer than a couple days (for email this is fine). He would many times call me directly to give me an update or answer my questions. Tyler was even able to get BMW to mount a carbon fiber spoiler that BMW uses on the M2 CS on my M2 Competition. This is not an option during build out of the car via the website. During the day of pickup I dealt with Harvey and he was great. He addressed my questions and concerns fully. The staff there clearly loves the product and many staff members actually went by to check out the new M2 in the customer delivery room. They walked me through how to use the iDrive system and some of the 'quirks' of the car (prior to this purchase I had a 370z which does not have near as many features). For the price bit I paid MSRP but that's expected when you order a car that has such low supply but high demand. Not a knock on the dealership itself. If you are looking to order an M series, I highly recommend BMW of Southpoint. After getting some services done I leave some reviews of those experiences. More
The service advisor, Josh Randle, was knowledgeable and courteous. He reviewed my immediate needs and helped me select the preventive maintenance I needed--he saved me some unnecessary costs.
