I was interested in a very specific vehicle that this dealership had. I live about 4 hours away so I spoke with Travis who handles the online inquiries. He was helpful and was easy to work with. My own piece of advice for him is to gauge your audience prior to making statements. To be specific, he was slightly condescending in his tone and almost seemed surprised that I thought the car was slightly over priced. He responded in a condescending tone about the value of the car. I know a dealership needs to be profitable and they need to try to maximize money. It's a business. I understand that, but his tone was actually off-putting. However, he quickly changed his tone when I was obviously a very serious buyer saying I'd come the next day and purchase the vehicle. I'm sure many people just talk to dealerships and play the "negotiating game" and it doesn't result in a sale and that can be frustrating for dealerships, but at first interaction you need to give the customer the benefit of the doubt. After talking to Travis, I was handed off to Tyler who was incredible to work with. He went above and beyond any car salesperson has ever done. Normally, you have to "just deal" with the salesperson, but with Tyler, I was so impressed with his friendliness, his laid back attitude, no pressure approach, and his professionalism that I just can't rave enough about him. He's extremely personable and I hope this leads to his greatest success. After losing my temporary plate while driving, Tyler sent another plate to me. After getting my money, he could easily just forget about the customer and stop responding to texts, but that's not Tyler. BMW of Southpoint is truly lucky to have him as an employee. More

Well done. I was there at 7 am, opened promptly, took me 5 minutes to register, driver was there in 10 minutes and car ready after 10K service in 2 hours. They took video of inspection process.
