Exceptional Service Department, They Go The Extra Mile I've had service conducted here several times now and each time I do, I'm really impressed by not only the quality and timeliness of the work, but als I've had service conducted here several times now and each time I do, I'm really impressed by not only the quality and timeliness of the work, but also the friendliness of the staff and professionalism of everyone here. I've had service technicians go out of their way to isolate a particular wind noise which led to replacing a faulty window seal. I've also had some great advice regarding my AWD system from Robin Smith my service advisor who I've worked with exclusively since coming to BMW of Southpoint. Robin is always super friendly and goes out of her way to answer any and all questions I have. I sincerely appreciate a service department that works this hard and has such a great staff working for them. When I've needed a loaner vehicle for longer term work, Laura Elam has always been very helpful and friendly as well. More

My concerns were listened to and clarified before any action was recommended so that I did not feel pressured into getting something I didn’t need. The work was performed as specified and reviewed with me before I left the service area. My service advisor encouraged me to contact him directly if I experienced any problems. We checked over the car together before I left the dealership. I am very happy with the way this visit turned out. More

Exemplary I booked an appointment online via chat because no one answered the phone. He managed to schedule the appointment the next day; website says none are needed between 2-6, which is great, but I set one anyway. Took my vehicle in and it was delivered when they said it would be ready. I was a little disappointed that the service advisor noted the mirror tag as no wash so my vehicle was not cleaned. Grant it, it was raining, but he should have asked if I wanted it done like two other service advisors asked their clients. They could have vacuumed the car even if they could not wash it. More
