I brought my car into the dealership late in the day without an appointment. Even though all the appointments were filled for the day Patricia and Alex managed to squeeze me in because my car was not s without an appointment. The problem I had was more involved than it initially appeared to be, and so the repair could not be completed by the end of the day.
