I brought my car into the dealership late in the day without an appointment. Even though all the appointments were filled for the day Patricia and Alex managed to squeeze me in because my car was not s without an appointment. The problem I had was more involved than it initially appeared to be, and so the repair could not be completed by the end of the day. It doesn't matter if I am servicing my newest BMW (Mom's Treat: 2022 Atlantis Blue x-6 M50i) or my high mileage (and those are New Jersey miles) 2016 X-6 50i, I get the same great service. I was even impressed with the technician's after service video. Everything was in good shape, but they observed a nuance regarding my tires and suggested I consider having them rotated front to back next time I am in. It was actually a very thoughtful video--and it gave me confidence in my vehicle (which is important to me). In any event, Patricia Fradenburg and Jessica McCaffrey were superb as always. I shouldn't admit this, but when I have time, I even secretly like spending an hour or so of quiet time in the dealership just to chill out. Crazy, eh? Anyway, recommend these good people highly!
