Patricia cared for two small items, had our brakes checked, talked me through the things we should do (under warrantee) during our next service visit and set me up in the Customer Lounge where I could work over the internet while the repair was made. She kept me updated and before returning the car, she had the tires checked, the fluids topped off and the car washed. More

Regular service on 2010 BMW 528i. Technician noted uneven wear on inside rear tires. This was or could have been a safety issue. New tires installed and wheels aligned.
