We showed up about 3:30 pm from out of town with an "emergency" hard miss in the engine. Patricia took us in, made a quick evaluation and estimate and solved the problem in about an hour and a half. Jason Nunnery and the other service rep that I saw on my last visit were very professional, kind and caring. The only disappointment that I have on my last visit is that it took two weeks for them to find last visit were very professional, kind and caring.
