When I first visited Performance it was on a VERY busy Saturday afternoon. Although I had to wait a while for a sales person to become available - the wait was definitely worth it! This BMW dealer, unlike others I have dealt with is outstanding. The most important aspect was my being left alone to look at the available cars without a sales person jumping all over me the second I outstanding. The most important aspect was my being left alone to look at the available cars without a sales person jumping all over me the second I got on the lot, a lesson other dealers would do well to learn. When I was ready to ask questions I was dealt with in a professional and unassuming manner. There was no hype, no pressure and I was made to feel comfortable about the entire process. This collective goodwill is what made me buy from them and I would recommend them to anybody contemplating buying a BMW. More

We purchased a CPO 3-series from Terri at Performance after looking around the Triangle at Audi, MB, and a competing BMW dealership. The car essentially sold itself in comparison to the other makes, but after looking around the Triangle at Audi, MB, and a competing BMW dealership. The car essentially sold itself in comparison to the other makes, but Terri's profesionalism won us over for the Performance BMW dealership. She was attentive and accomodating, but not pushy or overly intrusive. Others were either too pushy, or borderline dismissive. We initially found our vehicle at a different dealership a few hours away, but because of our positive experience with Ms. Rogers, we contacted her to see if she could manage the transaction from Chapel Hill, instead of trying to reach out to a dealer with whom we had no relationship. Terri was able to get the car in next day, sharp as a tack. A great transaction all said and done. More
I've been a customer of Performance BMW since my first bimmer in 04 and the service is always great. This last visit Maurice was my adviser and he took great care of me. He even got me a loner at the la bimmer in 04 and the service is always great. This last visit Maurice was my adviser and he took great care of me. He even got me a loner at the last minute when it was determined that they needed to keep my car overnight unexpectedly. The service department is no doubt top notch. More
My experience @ Performance BMW and with Ric was one of the best ever! Everyone was extremely helpful and went completely overboard in in making sure that i was pleased and satisfied. The items that need repair the must are not due to wear and tear. I have replaced twice door handles because they break at a rate of $400.00 each. I think, the dealer will benefit of an item that per desig and tear. I have replaced twice door handles because they break at a rate of $400.00 each. I bought a beautiful used BMW. I have encountered a few problems with it, but it is still under original warranty and the Performance Service department (my guy is Maurice Bryant) has been super to me. I got a loaner for a few days, no questions asked. How many people have their car worked on and get a 2011 black BMW 335i as a loaner? They have worked hard to keep me happy and I am pleased and impressed. Never been treated so well at a car dealership before. Never had the pleasure of owning a BMW before. Different crowd of people, and I mean that in a good way. More
