Jason Nunnery and the other service rep that I saw on my last visit were very professional, kind and caring. The most important aspect was my being left alone to look at the available cars without a sales person jumping all over me the second I outstanding. We purchased a CPO 3-series from Terri at Performance after looking around the Triangle at Audi, MB, and a competing BMW dealership. The car essentially sold itself in comparison to the other makes, but after looking around the Triangle at Audi, MB, and a competing BMW dealership. She was attentive and accomodating, but not pushy or overly intrusive. Others were either too pushy, or borderline dismissive. We initially found our vehicle at a different dealership a few hours away, but because of our positive experience with Ms. Rogers, we contacted her to see if she could manage the transaction from Chapel Hill, instead of trying to reach out to a dealer with whom we had no relationship. Terri was able to get the car in next day, sharp as a tack. A great transaction all said and done. More
