Horrible service on every level. It is difficult for me to comprehend how one car part costs $300 (an oxygen sensor). Then, to install the part it cost almost $500 in labor. BMW cars are one of the most costly cars to maintain. $500 for labor is legal theft. After my car was serviced they said that they would bring the car out front, but they forgot about me. After waiting outside for 20 minutes I went back inside to ask where my car was. He apologized and said he forgot. More
