BMW Southpoint is clearly "way ahead of the curve" when it comes to automobile dealerships in the Triangle. I currently have 3 BMWs cared for by Southpoint BMW. Had to bring in the eldest (120,000 New Jersey miles....which are extra tough....kind of like Dog Years) X-6 for a bit of an emergency diagnosis. So while the news wasn't good, I was grateful that I got an answer regarding what my options were in a rapid fashion. This enabled me to make the appropriate arrangements moving forward. Was also able to speak with Patricia Fradenburg, the Head of Service--she is so knowledgeable and positive. Anyway, we called the priest to give my trusty car the last rites (JK). BMW of Southpoint took great care of it in its final months and days--and I am truly appreciative. I got every last ounce of value from that little baby. Anyway, I always appreciate the care and professionalism from the service staff and technicians. I have owned BMWs for over 32 years (probably 6 other locations in other states) and this is by far the best service team EVER! More
It was time for my routine service, and I chose this location because of the reviews, and I was disappointed. My service advisor Anthony was professional, pleasant, and an absolute joy. When you relocate as we have done, you need all new “people”. Your doctors, dentist, electrician, plumber, handyman, etc… After my first visit to BMW Southpoint, I’m very pleased to have found my BMW p “people”. I brought my 2018 in for oil service & inspection. Jordan Jones was my service advisor. My car failed inspection due to worn out tires. Jordan came to me & very gently explained the problem, gave me a price for identical replacement tires. I told him that we get our tires from a local business. He was not offended at all, just explained that they needed to be replaced & he was just concerned that my car was in a safe condition. He was very courteous & respectful & my car was ready in a reasonable time period which was important as I waited at the dealership for the work to be done. Jordan has great customer service skills!
