We bought a CPO X3 from them and wanted the convience of a service plan. they sold us on that was 4299.00 and was to cover all maintainance for 60 months. Well this product only extends the maintainence f a service plan. they sold us on that was 4299.00 and was to cover all maintainance for 60 months. Well this product only extends the maintainence for the in service date. So we paid 4299.00 for a service plan that lasted from 5/22/2021 and ran out 1/1/2023, that would be 19 months or 3 oil changes. They also made all kinds of observations, tires..that did not need replacment and not covered. Brakes that were close but not close enough,lasted 3 months before the light came on and could have been covered under warrenty but was not. I can only try to warn people that make sure you understand what they are selling you and how long it will last, because at this dealership they are not looking out for customers. I will not do buisness with BMW of Southpoint or any Hendrick dealership. More

Beyond thrilled with how far the service team went to isolate my inconsistent noise issue. After initially not being able to diagnose the issue, they kept trying, even having the foreman drive the vehicl isolate my inconsistent noise issue. After initially not being able to diagnose the issue, they kept trying, even having the foreman drive the vehicle home for the night (after my approval) and eventually identified and resolved the issue. I had an emergency issue with my 4 series. They were extremely busy but was able to fit us in and had our repairs done in a timely manner.
