Thank goodness for BMW of Southpoint AND for Josh Randle! I brought my maturing X-5 in on its run flat tires b/c I (or rather my daughter) had a flat. I drove slowly on back roads and the run flat tires wor I brought my maturing X-5 in on its run flat tires b/c I (or rather my daughter) had a flat. I drove slowly on back roads and the run flat tires worked well which was a blessing. Josh Randle took care of me (on a Monday without an appointment no less). While he was checking out the car he noticed it was leaning alot to one side. Long story short I ALSO had a rear end air suspension failure. My daughter had heard a big "whooshing" sound when she parked it right when she saw the flat--it may have actually been the air bag. Now this is a big repair, but clearly one that is necessary for safety and comfort. It is SO MUCH BETTER to be able to take care of these things when you are at the dealer rather than having the failure happen during a trip (local or otherwise). Josh got the parts quickly and the repair was done lickety split. So while it was a bigger expense than I had been expecting, I am so grateful that he noticed the problem and took the initiative to investigate it. I tend to keep my BMWs on the road for at least 10 years---and this is the kind of dealer / partner I need. Can't say how much I appreciate Josh's extra efforts and the technical expertise needed to fix this baby up!!!! So lucky that I found BMW of Southpoint. More
