I've brought multiple BMWs here for pre-purchase inspections and have always had an excellent experience. The technicians will send you videos of the things they find from simple things like questi inspections and have always had an excellent experience. The technicians will send you videos of the things they find from simple things like questionable aftermarket addons to parts nearing end of life. They also provide you a cost summary to fix each thing along with a list of priorities for the found issues without a lot of pressure to have them do it now. This is exactly how I want my service interactions to go. They did forget to run the car through the carwash though but that's not a big deal as I wasn't expecting it until they offered it. Josh was very kind and made sure all of my concerns were addressed with the car. It was sort of cool to get the video of the technician (Craig) who worked on the car -- the repair shop looked cleaner than o addressed with the car.
