BMW of Southpoint repaired a broken side mirror. From the ordering of parts to the repair and delivery of my freshly-washed 340i sedan, the experience was smooth, courteous and convenient. I appreciated that when one extra part had to be ordered the next day, the Concierge service picked up my car from my home and delivered it in a few hours after repair. BMW of Southpoint repaired an on-going issue with the right rear passenger side door. Jeff took the time to listen and understand the randomly occurring issue. They called in the field engineer from BM right rear passenger side door. Jeff took the time to listen and understand the randomly occurring issue. They called in the field engineer from BMW to assist in diagnosing the issue. They finally got to the bottom of the issue and thank goodness the repair was successful.
