BMW of Southpoint repaired an on-going issue with the right rear passenger side door. Jeff took the time to listen and understand the randomly occurring issue. I recently had my BMW serviced thru Hendrick BMW and the advisor, Anthony Scott was very helpful. They were very professional and detailed in advising me of the repairs that my are needed.
