Can't speak highly enough about Malcom at BMW of Southpoint. We were in Durham for a surgery at Duke and experienced car trouble. Because I have a BMW M car, I will only take my car to an M-certified service center. Although I have a BMW dealer closer to me than BMW of Southpoint, I drive 3x the distance to have BMW of Southpoint do t M-certified service center. Although I have a BMW dealer closer to me than BMW of Southpoint, I drive 3x the distance to have BMW of Southpoint do the work on my car...and they don't disappoint. My car is still under warranty, so I've only had to do routine maintenance (oil, filter), and to replace a crank shaft sensor failure that triggered the check engine light - nearly all service to date done (with exception to an alignment) has been covered under the warranty. Regardless of the limited work done, Anthony and the team go the extra mile to ensure service allows me to hit the track from time to time. I won't go anywhere else for M service! More
