Not only have I purchased or leased more than 5 cars over the years from BMW of Southpoint, they handle all my service needs as well. Yesterday Jessica McCaffrey, my service advisor, did a great job getting the years from BMW of Southpoint, they handle all my service needs as well. Yesterday Jessica McCaffrey, my service advisor, did a great job getting me in and out in a very timely manner. She was polite, knowledgable and very attentive to my reason(s) for being there. I was able to catch up with Ed Hagen during my wait and look forward to Ed helping with my wife's new car later this year. All in all, I don't think you can go wrong dealing with this BMW dealer. My experience with BMW Southpoint has been phenomenal since the very start. I had a lot of anxiety about buying a car but they made it easy, we were happy with the purchase process and I just had my firs since the very start. Even the little things like Starbucks chai tea in the waiting lounge make my day when I go there, nice touch! There are plenty of outlets to work from the lounge if you need to. Their staff are so helpful and always seem to have smiles on their faces, I think Hendrick must take good care of their employees. They also have BMW geniuses to help anytime you have questions or need to learn how to do something in your car. I love having the maintenance plan, it makes life so much easier! I highly recommend this dealership, good experience all around! More
