From the purchasing experience through to the service experience, I have nothing but tremendous things to say about BMW of Southpoint. Recently, while my car was with the Service Department for routine s experience, I have nothing but tremendous things to say about BMW of Southpoint. Recently, while my car was with the Service Department for routine scheduled maintenance, the service loaner I was driving got a flat tire. After a couple of quick texts with my service advisor (Anthony Scott) and a phone call from the loaner coordinator (I believe his name was Jeff), the BMW of Southpoint team were shortly at my house dropping off my serviced car and picking up the wounded loaner. It was an easy, seamless and convenient resolution to what could have otherwise been a pain to deal with. More
From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and told a service advisor would be with me shortly. This occurred under three minutes. During my wait time I had a doctor appointment and Jessica planned the arrangements for me the go to my Dr. appointment and return. The service was completed, and my customer experience was excellent at this dealership. I'm sure the mechanics work was excellent also because the issue was resolved. Great experience. Thank You!
