Southpoint of Durham has been my service center of choice now for over 4 years, I live in Raleigh about 45 minutes away and pass other bmw dealerships and certified centers but they do not match the high lev now for over 4 years, I live in Raleigh about 45 minutes away and pass other bmw dealerships and certified centers but they do not match the high level of service or reliability that I have always received at Southpoint, they always have loners when you may need one, no long waits at the service center, my x is always clean and ready Togo when done. They one one of the bigger selection of bmw life products I have seen between here and Charlotte. Great staff, great waiting area with Starbucks and snakes, comfortable chairs with plugs so I can work while I wait, unless I move they will remain my dealership of choice! More

The team at BMW Southpoint continues to amaze me and excel at customer service. Every time I visit the dealership, I feel like I am the most impritant customer they have.
