Top-Notch service! From the moment I arrived and met Jessica, my Customer Service agent, my experience was excellent throughout the entire process. We talked through wh From the moment I arrived and met Jessica, my Customer Service agent, my experience was excellent throughout the entire process. We talked through what my expectations were from the service visit. She spoke with me about some other things to consider. The mechanics sent me a video summary of what they found and the assessment of my car before they started any service. I was able to ask several questions through Jessica to make the best decision on what needed to complete during that service visit. Having your car service at a BMW center can be pricey. However, they created options to help with the cost, worked with me to determine a timeline for services, and didn't suggest any unneeded services. Jessica was so patient and explained things well. She took care of all the details of setting up an Uber to get to and from work. When I arrived, after the time of her getting off, all my paperwork was organized, and the process ended very simply.
