Nate understood my needs and got ne out 30 minutes before I needed to leave and even offered to get me a lyft to grab lunch before the car was ready. He also checked to see if any discounts were available. Really went out of his way to help. Expensive repair but he made the experience a good one. I appreciated that he tried to help. More
