My time spent at BMW of Southpoint was nothing short of a First Class experience. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and professional and made sure I was seen right away. After test driving a few used cars, I opted to look at a new vehicle instead and ended up buying a 2022 BMW 230 I. He and Jon Hillard (fiance) made the financing portion of the process quick, easy and painless. My new vehicle is an exquisite piece of machinery and I am so happy that I chose this dealership to do business with. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto dealership! Will not take my car back to this dealership. They will take you to the cleaners; service charges extreme hours and works 1/5 of those hours. BMW quality has declined in recent years.
