BMW of Southpoint Service is so good they just take my breath away. Last week, I had an unexpected engine problem in my "mature" X-6 50i. It was a crazy week for me so I was in great need of rapid assistance (yes, my hair was on fire). These wonderful folks squeezed me in quickly, found me a loaner (we all know how limited that supply is) and fixed my car quickly (doing a very thorough job). Josh, my service person, was out on personal leave on the day I reached out and he responded within a few minutes via text (WAY over-and-above the call of duty, IMO). Patricia, the service manager also took an keen interest and helped me beyond measure. She explained the technical issues to me (which is what I always want) thoroughly and clearly. I have been a BMW owner since 1992 (30 years!) and have NEVER in my life experienced a group as good as this. I am new to the area and am so grateful that I found them. All I can say is "clone them all". More
