I had stopped in to ask for someone to ride with me and listen for a noise in the left rear wheel and that prior repairs on my hard top convertible appeared to be failing. Top was sticking when trying to p listen for a noise in the left rear wheel and that prior repairs on my hard top convertible appeared to be failing. Top was sticking when trying to put it up. Was advised to drop it off and leave it and they would have senior tech drive it and listen for the noise , etc. I received a video explaining the top was working properly and that the wheel needed a bearing. The car was running a little rough according to the tech and I was given a repair estimate for fuel sensors. Although the car had been a bit touchy on cold mornings, it would run fine once the engine warmed up. I went back to get it and the car is way worse than when I dropped it off? Shakes when cranked now and does not run very well at all? It is undrivable until I can figure out what possibly caused it to "die " at the dealership? Top is still not operatingf properly. My advice is if you need something looked into, insist they take a ride with you before you leave it so they can work on what you are requesting. Not saying they intentionally sabotaged the car, but something isn't right about what happened while it was in their shop? More
