My sales rep was Jonathan and my service advisor was Jeffery. Jonathan took care of me from the beginning, providing high quality service, answered all of my questions and made sure that it a smooth tra Jeffery. I did have to bring my bmw x5 back to get my sunroof recalibrated which is where I met Jeffery my service advisor. He took care of me in no time and got the problem resolved and even made sure that I was completely satisfied and watch me operate the sunroof to make sure it was completely functional. Jonathan and Jeffery both followed up with me after the process, I couldn't have ask for a better experience. This is my first BMW and I am thrilled with it and the my experience as a whole. More
