She was thoughtful about cost and was able to help me when the online payment system as we detailed the service requirements needed for my BMW 550i. She was thoughtful about cost and was able to help me when the online payment system through the customer portal did not work correctly. She gave me a loaner vehicle to ensure I was able to get to work for the next 3 days as we waited for parts to arrive. Overall great experience. Patricia is a keeper. More

I drive a Mini Cooper and with some nasty weather ended up popping a tire and landing in the bushes before the sun even came up.
