My interactions with the service advisor, Nate, were outstanding. He was courteous and kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. Dropping off and picking up were very easy, which I appreciate. The main problem is the cost. The price to get my car repaired at the dealer is extremely high relative to other options I have conveniently located to my home. Since my car is out of warranty I will be looking at options other than the BMW dealer for future repairs. Again, this is due to price, not the quality of the service or staff at the dealer. More
