Been a long term customer with this dealership. Great experience getting my X3 serviced. Nate Gibson is very personable with a keen focus on customer satisfaction. Answered all my questions & kept me po experience getting my X3 serviced. Nate Gibson is very personable with a keen focus on customer satisfaction. Answered all my questions & kept me posted while I waited on site. Really like the video e-mailed to show my car on the lift with brake & tire wear details/ status provided my technician. Also got to catch up & meet with my hood buddy John Hilliard in finance to discuss service & extended warranty options for consideration. I have a 2003 330CI and love it. As a consequence, I do a lot of the maintenance myself. However, there are times when I need help or am over my head. I can always count on Southpoint BMW! I would espec a lot of the maintenance myself. However, there are times when I need help or am over my head. I can always count on Southpoint BMW! I would especially like to call out Jason Glidden on the Service team. He is my go to guy and puts up with me and my questions. :) More
