Servicing and Repairing the 325XI BMW My daughter, Melissa took our BMW 325Xi to get the back windows fixed because they would not roll up and also found an oil leak and fixed it which we My daughter, Melissa took our BMW 325Xi to get the back windows fixed because they would not roll up and also found an oil leak and fixed it which we paid and let us know what else needs to be repaired on the car, which we appreciated. Melissa said everyone was so nice and helpful. We would highly recommend the Spokane dealership. In fact, we are presently leasing another BMW, which is a X1 SUV. The lease is up early next year and we are thinking we will continue getting another leased BMW. We like the sturdiness and the performance of the BMW and will continue to buy or lease from the Spokane dealership. More

Repairing cut in back seat. I appreciated the service manager, Bob (Robert?). He made it seem very important to do whatever he could to take care if my problem. Also, I wish I could remember the young service guy who helped me. His office is about 2 from the front. He is very accommodating and made sure I had a rental to run my errands. As usually, they were very professional and kind. The only thing that always frustrates me is that when I drive in for service I have to wait around for help. This time I went inside and waited about 10 minutes. I realize they are busy, but that has always been a source of frustration. More
