I have been a loooong time Jeep owner and, albeit sad, they assured me I was making the right decision... and they were right! BMW for life... not just because it truly is the ultimate driving machine but because the level of service and knowledge is unsurpassed by any other brand. Thanks, BMW of Spokane... I'll be back for a new one when I give this one to my son. More

In and out as advertised i3 tech was ready for me at 07:45. I told them I needed to be out by 10 am. They had the full service and paperwork done by 09:45. My total service co i3 tech was ready for me at 07:45. I told them I needed to be out by 10 am. They had the full service and paperwork done by 09:45. My total service cost (parts and labor) for four years was an average of $145/yr. Not many ICE cars can run that cheap. (and this is a BMW). Thanks guys for the excellent service. More

Unhelpful My vehicle was recently brought into the dealership after a mechanical issue. The dealership was made aware that I was traveling out of state and I wa My vehicle was recently brought into the dealership after a mechanical issue. The dealership was made aware that I was traveling out of state and I was concerned about safety. I made four phone calls to the dealership and never received a return phone call. No service was provided until I came up to the dealership and sat in the office. Service agents and the mechanic were dismissive of my concerns. As a result I had staff speak to a family member who is a mechanic who they also dissmissed. They failed to test drive the vehicle at appropriate speeds without prompting from myself. The mechanic did answer some of my questions following requests of a test drive but the whole process was rushed. Excuses were made for errors including not having information about what was wrong with the vehicle. I stated that dealership did not do an appropriate intake or spend the time to actually obtain that information. The staff were clearly more focused on leaving for a holiday weekend than making sure of a customer’s safety. I provided feedback of issues from BMW roadside assistance and staff laughed and dissmissed these concerns. Knowing that I was in a difficult situation and 2,000 miles from home more understanding and compassion was expected but at a minimum safety of my vehicle should have been a given. Overall I am incredibly disappointed in how I was treated by this dealership. This isn’t what I would expect from BMW. More
