You are stuck with them. This is the only BMW service center within 300 miles, so you do not have a choice nor is there any other real competition. Therefore the service is fine, but they are extremely over priced. It is amazing the about a year ago they recommended that I needed new breaks and I looked at them and they appeared to be fine. This time my brakes are just fine. Air filter suggested replacement at 53.95. The most expensive filter I could find on line was 27.00. Same with the cabin air filter at 76.00 and the cost of the filter is between 22.00 to 36.00. Considering how much work it is to change these (heck they opened it up to look at them) why so much in cost. Naturally I said no to these items because I can to it my self. I do have a good mechanical background and usually only take the vehicle in for work that I do not have time to do my self or it requires special tools, or the computer diagnostics. More

Past to Present Perspectives The mechanics always did an excellent job on my car repairs through all the years. However from 2011 to 2015 I experienced customer service that was The mechanics always did an excellent job on my car repairs through all the years. However from 2011 to 2015 I experienced customer service that was less than acceptable. I spoke to the general manager at that time to express my dissatisfaction. However in the past three years my visits have been excellent. I experienced firsthand a total turnaround in the attitude of service managers which is today welcoming, pleasant and courteous. Follow through as well as follow up has been consistently efficient and timely. The definite and much needed face lift for the entire building and waiting room was terrific as well. It is good to know that people listened to my feedback in early years as well as feedback from others. The CAMP service team is definitely putting their best forward to BMW owners these days. In fact with each visit the service seems to get better and better. More

Engine cover not put back on properly After driving my car home from picking it up at the dealership, I popped the hood and noticed that the engine cover was not secured properly the way i After driving my car home from picking it up at the dealership, I popped the hood and noticed that the engine cover was not secured properly the way it was when I took it in. I also noticed they left the engine cover extremely dirty with residue as if they didnt wipe or clean it up at all. I am extremely happy with the service that BMW of Spokane has provided to me but I would have liked if they could of cleaned up under the hood a little better and made sure everything was put back the way they were. More
