My only complaint is that they don't have enough loaner vehicles. Taking the shuttle home for a quick oil change or something is OK, but for a repair that left me without the car for multiple days a loaner would sure have been nice. More

This experience completely changed my view of buying a car and having to deal with car salesman or dealership. Looking back it would have been well worth it if I had to end up paying a few dollars extra to be able to work with BMW of Spokane and have a stress free experience.
