Oil change gone wrong Unfortunately this could have been the worst experience I have had with a car dealership. We brought our JCW Mini Cooper in to get an oil change, and Unfortunately this could have been the worst experience I have had with a car dealership. We brought our JCW Mini Cooper in to get an oil change, and it turned out to be a huge ordeal. We were called 50 minutes after dropping the car off to be told by Scott in service that, after he drove the car back something happened with the clutch. It would cost quite a bit for him to even look into as he would have to tear the car apart. I was told to bring my 'hubby' back to take a look and Scott would show us the mess up. I don't have a husband, and was by myself when I dropped off the car. We ended up getting the car towed back home and took it to a trusted car dealership. It is apparent that this BMW dealership of Spokane has a problem occurring that they haven't addressed. We even tried to reach out to the manager Bob Bailey who never returned our phone call or followed up. They not only lack reliability but have been getting a bad name around town. Poor management and no pride in ownership. More

Not so at Spokane BMW!! I knew exactly which vehicle I was shopping for, and was willing to wait to get it. I was never pressured to purchase a vehicle already on the lot. The Team at Spokane BMW were supportive and attentive. They got my order entered and confirmed quickly, and kept me informed of the building and delivery process. Various protection packages were honestly and briefly reviewed without my being pressured to purchase anything. They secured the best rebates and financing options for me while I awaited build and delivery. They worked up the necessary purchase documentation prior to my arrival so my delivery day was entirely enjoyable, and didn't take hours on the business side of things. Best new vehicle purchase EVER! More
