Great job as always. I dropped in because my car was due for an oil change. I don’t drive it this time of year but on this day the sun was out and the roads were clear. I stopped to possibly set up an appointment for the next week. I went to Scott Grumbly who has always helped me in the past and is a great guy too. I explained the situation, and he said he understood. He then said can you get it here today. I said absolutely I could get it there. He squeezed me in that day and I was out in an hour. I have to admit I feel spoiled by BMW. But I have also come to know that they will do whatever they can to help their customers. I always recommend them to my friends who ask about our car. I will always use them as long as I am able to. Great dealership, but even greater employees. Thank you Scott again. More

BMW repaired the leak in my window washer system I appreciate the text message reminders about my appointment. Quickly Impressed!! I was quickly greeted and welcomed by Adel. He informed me that Steve was still working with his customer and asked if I would be okay if he showed me I was quickly greeted and welcomed by Adel. I was quickly impressed when he said I will go get car and bring into a heated space and not stand out in sub zero weather. Adel went through everything he could possibly tell me about this vehicle. He insisted that he have it put up on a lift for me to inspect the undercarriage and took me on a great test drive. He expressed the professionalism of the dealership and how everything is done above board and hide nothing from the customer. Adel took care of everything from start to finish and very professional throughout whole transaction. Other than the paper work taking several hours the rest of my experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this dealership and Adel specifically to my friends or anyone I know. I found him to be a gentleman and treated me with the upmost respect. More
