Kevin and the service department are always very helpful, responsive and great to work with. However, I am not at all happy with my car, have had more service calls with this vehichle in the last year than I did with my previous car over 7 years. Again, the service department staff are awesome but regular response to "issues" either that's a known issue, just something with that model, or some other design or build issue, with the model/product. I intend to sell this car as soon as possible, even at a loss, and will not own another BMW. More
