Excellent! I bought my BMW from another dealership in Spokane. I live in Moscow, ID. Since I don't want to drive all the way to Spokane, i would always take my c I bought my BMW from another dealership in Spokane. I live in Moscow, ID. Since I don't want to drive all the way to Spokane, i would always take my car to Toyota of Pullman for general maintenance. So when I took it in last month, Toyota told me that my crankshaft is leaking and needs to be replaced. The estimate was $3,500.00 only for the work not including parts. I decided to take my beemer to Scott Grumbly at BMW of Spokane. I told him that Toyota was trying to sell me crankshaft replacement and that I personally don't undersnad much in cars and I can't know for sure if it is leaking. Scott was so nice to me! He took my car in. They walked me inside the service shop to look at the leak. I really appreciate them pulling the car up and showing me exactly what's going on. After running multiple tests, they found out that the leak was actually where the coolant was because someone put in a wrong antifreeze. I really appreciate them being honest with me and straight forward. I could've spent over $4,000.00 changing something that I didn't need. I think a lot of dealerships could take adventage of you when they see you are a woman and are not very knowledable in cars. I appreciated BMW of Spokane service center and Scott being completely honest with me and not trying to sell me something I don't need. I even got a free car wash! Isn't that amazing? lol Even though before I didn't want to go all the way to Spokane for maintenance, BMW will be my go to because they are honest and trustworthy. Thank you for helping me understand my car better and where the problem is. You guys are the best!!!! More

I left Missoula MT on Friday at 5 am and got to Spokane at 7 h I had my 2013 328xi tires aligned at Lithia BMW in Spokane. My experience was fabulous. I left Missoula MT on Friday at 5 am and got to Spokane at 7 had breakfast and was at the dealership by 7:45. My car service was completed by 10:00 am. Kevin Risley is my contact and he was efficient and spot on. He even had a minor issue with a taillight lens repaired in the same time frame. I was back home by 2:00 pm Walt Kero More
