Oil and Coolant service Dropped car off on weekend and picked it up the next Friday. Wife drove car home and the low fluid level came on. I checked the fluid level and it w Dropped car off on weekend and picked it up the next Friday. Wife drove car home and the low fluid level came on. I checked the fluid level and it was dry. I filled the car and went back to the dealership. I was there for 3 hours while they checked out the vehicle. They could not figure out what was wrong. Two days later I received a call telling me that the radiator control sleeve was cracked and they had to order another one and repair it. I have no assurances that my engine did not overheat due to their shoddy work. I was also told that if there was no way i could prove it. I have not been offered any compensation for all of the time I spent going back and forth from the dealership. You buy a BMW for the quality. You spend $400 on oil change and coolant flush because you want it done right. More

They mechanically go through every vehicle with a fine tooth comb. If it is not in order, they will NOT sell the vehicle on their lot. Purchase with confidence here! More

When it came time to replace our car, Kate, Joseph, and Colton took all the time with us that we needed to make an informed decision. Scott even took time again to answer some of our questions on the parts and service side. Evette made the paperwork side quick and easy. Both Kevin and Pat arranged for a speedy pick-up and drop off by the shuttle. The shuttle driver was speedy and accommodated my schedule. Kevin just makes the whole process easy every time.
