Auto Nation had already sold us a car and given us 3 days to get it checked and return it if we were unsatisfied. It hadn't had a decent inspection, it turned out to have a lot of maintenance coming up, and the warranties and other fees nearly doubled its price. we returned it and the difference between them and here was night and day. We got a used car and they did everything they could to get us the best possible financing and lowest possible price. No tricks, no negotiating, and an honest evaluation of our options. And since its our first time financing a car, the salesman even sat down and explained how financing worked and ways to get the best possible rates. The car had an in depth inspection, not just detailing. All current recommended maintenance had been done, and we were informed of all upcoming maintenance. Before we left the lot, they cleaned it and filled the tank. We feel confident and happy with our new car, and everyone there was very kind to us and did their best to help. More

Goodbye ML 430, hello X5 I was very attached to my faithful 1999 Mercedes ML 430 but my wife insisted it was time for a new car. She also convinced me that because of its loca I was very attached to my faithful 1999 Mercedes ML 430 but my wife insisted it was time for a new car. She also convinced me that because of its location, buying a BMW made better sense than buying another Mercedes when it eventually comes time to service the car. BMW is less than 5 miles away from our home. After months of persuasion by my wife who owns a 3 series, I agreed to visit the BMW dealership with her and "just check out" the X3 or X5 series. We were greeted by Joseph shortly after we walked in. He was one of the best car salesman we have encountered thus far. He was courteous and personable, not pushy at all and knew his stuff. He spent about 4 hours attending to us, patiently explaining the different options and describing the various mechanics of a few of the X5 series. Checking out became trading in and we drove home with a beautiful X5 although admittedly, it was tough to suddenly part ways with my ML 430. Joseph meticulously went through the X5 and wiping the car to perfection before handing us the keys. He was thorough. While Joseph explained most everything, having Amy the genius go through the entire car again prior to us leaving the dealership was helpful, especially at my age. The process with Evette at Finance went smoothly and she graciously shared her personal granola bar with me as I am diabetic and was beginning to run low. Since it wasn't our intention to trade in my ML 430 that day, I left my CDs and bird food floor mat in the back of the car. Joseph retrieved the items and kept it for us until we came by BMW the following week. He then showed us the car's CD memory system. Fascinating. I would recommend Joseph to anyone in need of a BMW. More
