He was quick to respond to our questions and very honest about both pros and cons of our issues. Neither he nor his management ever tried to "up sell" us or push us for compromises. When it came time for the big decision they presented a very competitive and complete picture of pricing and financing. There was no need for haggling over price and no "hidden" costs. Scott in service was also very helpful with answers to reliability and serviceability questions. In summary, this experience never felt like we were being "sold" a car. Both my wife and I felt like we being helped to find the best option for what we wanted. Brett, Scott and the management team made this experience a true win/win experience. More
