Jordan was friendly and low key, I have no problem with him. The sales mgr. stayed hidden in his office with a scowl on his face. Except for a new tire nobody checked this car out after it was traded in him. The sales mgr. stayed hidden in his office with a scowl on his face. Except for a new tire nobody checked this car out after it was traded in. The car was poorly washed, no detail. All 4 TPMS' were bad and it needed to be aligned which tells me the service check was not done or poorly done if service even looked at it. They agreed to reimburse me for replacement of the TPMS' I paid $260.00 for. I was told "the check is in the mail" for over a month and was finally given a check when I drove 50 mi. to the store and demanded it. The check was mysteriously on the desk "ready to be mailed" upon my arrival There were other issues but I will sign off. BTW, the only saving grace in this deal was the professionalism of Jordan Sherwood, the sales rep. I would by a car for him as long as he wasn't at BMW Spokane, a Lithia Dealership. More
Had a problem with the brakes on my 2021 BMW that was under warranty at first they ( the service department) was not to interested in working on. I will give them credit for sticking with it and fixed t under warranty at first they ( the service department) was not to interested in working on. No service in this service department. I cant express enough how crappy they treated us, had no ideas why this happened, had no apologies, and really just made lame excuses. We dropp I cant express enough how crappy they treated us, had no ideas why this happened, had no apologies, and really just made lame excuses. We dropped our BMW 435i Xdrive Msport Blue off after making an online appointment over a week ahead of time. I also went in and talked to them about our appointment because we live quite a way away and had to drive two cars to make this appointment. We dropped our car off and they did no work. They said that they didnt know that this was the right car. I asked how many BMW 435i Xdrive msport in blue they had scheduled that day? Then i asked why they didnt call us after the 9:00 am appt went by ?She told me that they dont pay anyone to make calls to customers. What the xxxx kind of stupid excuse was that? This was the biggest F-up i have witnessed yet. DONT GIVE THEM A TRY! C & H foreign auto is close by and the European Auto Haus has always been good to us. They wasted our time after driving a good distance, scheduling ahead of time AND visiting a couple days ahead to make sure we were on track. They deserve negative stars. On top of all that when i asked for my car back they moved the steering wheel and seat all over just to xxxx me off. More

My new 2023 BMW X3 from this dealer is defective in the basic wireless communication features such as Apple CarPlay, causing me significant inconveniences. Contacted the salesman George Daadouch who sold me the car. No apology and act slowly to provide solutions. In our communication, he essentially brushed off the issue by stating that "new BMW cars can be defective every now and then. Enjoy the free warranty offered by BMW." So eventually I need to take care of the issue by myself. Sounds fantastic! More
If I could have given zero stars I would have. I communicated the following to our Sales Person, Matthew Gipson, Sales Manager, Corey Moore, Assistant GM, Harry Cunningham, and Phil Booker, t I communicated the following to our Sales Person, Matthew Gipson, Sales Manager, Corey Moore, Assistant GM, Harry Cunningham, and Phil Booker, the GM @ Lithia. I started this process on 12/7/22 and after getting no response, or hung up on, I continued up the chain, but after one month of no replies and no resolution I was forced to buy replacement tires at a cost of $1,500. We recently purchased a 2022 X3 from BMW Spokane and with the recent snow I had a question about the tires and their performance in the Inland NW Climate/Snow. I noticed some slipping and wanted to confirm the tire type. Matt confirmed they are Summer Performance times and not good in the snow or to be used under 45 degrees. (Even though it's been about a month since the first snow, my response was a bit delayed as we were in Canada for the birth of my first granddaughter.) My issue is that in looking at the X3 we clearly communicated to Matt our needs in regards to winter performance; good in the snow, AWD, appropriate tire for the Inland NW, etc... A basic all-around good car for our needs that would do well in the Inland NW climate. (We previously had an Acura MDX and wanted something similar to it, just a little smaller.) Ultimately the car we were sold came with Summer Performance tires. In talking to Matt I felt it was a bit of a Bait and Switch as we clearly communicated our needs for AWD and Winter performance but the car he sold us, and that we test drove, had Summer Performance tires, I trusted Matt but in hindsight shouldn't have, the message from Matt was "Don't trust" and the buyer should have inspected everything. (Lesson learned on my part, I thought buying from a reputable dealer would have made a detailed inspection un-necessary, but I guess I was wrong.) Your website says, "To prove we always put our customers’ needs first, our most recent accolade was in being recognized as a “Top Rated Dealer 2020” by CarGurus.". Huh??? So, now I'm stuck with a new car with poor winter performance, even though this was communicated as a core need and I've got 2,500 miles on a tire that doesn't meet my needs. Disappointed, and buyer beware! Scott Vik More
