Not so at Spokane BMW!! I knew exactly which vehicle I was shopping for, and was willing to wait to get it. I was never pressured to purchase a vehicle already on the lot. The Team at Spokane BMW were supportive and attentive. They got my order entered and confirmed quickly, and kept me informed of the building and delivery process. Various protection packages were honestly and briefly reviewed without my being pressured to purchase anything. They secured the best rebates and financing options for me while I awaited build and delivery. They worked up the necessary purchase documentation prior to my arrival so my delivery day was entirely enjoyable, and didn't take hours on the business side of things. I will never buy a vehicle from you in the future This is the first time I have been compelled to write a negative review. I just purchased a 2016 Mercedes for my wife and traded our BMW 750. After agreeing to purchase The Mercedes, and being asked about the second key set for the trade, I am told there is no second set of keys. I would have to purchase them at a Mercedes dealer. I let this small $350 last minute slide. I am not a Nickle and dimer. A week after the purchase I noticed that the front bumper was popping out. Not a big deal, it must be a clamp. My wife took it to service. On the call, they stated there was work done on the bumper. She was latter told after a service appointment, we need to take it to the Mercedes dealer. Oh, and by the way, she is asked did she hit something. Really, Come on. Now I have to take time, take it to the dealer. I guess I may as well pay for that and pick up my $350 or $400 key. Gents, you got me once. But not ever again. More

Great service I always receive great service at this dealership. I'm from out of town and request a loaner car, the process is easy.
