I wasn't comp After visiting ALL of the other "high-end" dealerships in search of a mid size SUV, my wife and I had decided to purchase a Range Rover. I wasn't completely sold on the Sport or the sales approach at the local dealership, but it seemed to be the best choice out there. So we drove to Camp BMW to see what they offered. Dan greeted us with a smile and more BMW knowledge than I would care to remember, and promptly showed us the BMW X5. A perfect fit. Dan's job was a little too easy as the car sold it's self, but he did a great job educating us and treating us with respect. We drove away after a test drive with smiles on our faces and a new BMW in our very near future, the only question was,"Gas or diesel?" A second test drive in the diesel made the choice very easy. I have never driven a diesel that did such a great job of pretending it wasn't a diesel. It's a rocket! And so quiet. I kept saying to myself,"I can't believe this is a diesel!" Dan made the sale and order of our new BMW a painless process that eliminated the anxiety of purchasing a new car. I would highly recommend Camp BMW to ANY prospective buyer and I would say that if you have a chance to work with Dan Blubaugh, do it. Thank you Dan for a great experience, Bryan More

Treated With Extreme Courtesy This was my first experience with the service department after purchasing our new 2014 528i xDrive. Once I connected with the service writer with who This was my first experience with the service department after purchasing our new 2014 528i xDrive. Once I connected with the service writer with whom I had spoken on the phone (Jayson), I was greeted with a smile. During the entire visit my wife and I were treated as if we were the only ones who mattered that day. Every effort was made to ensure that our needs were met and that all of our concerns were addressed. We even spent an inordinate amount of time with our technician who took the time to explain everything to us, never once appearing to be in a rush. This was totally unexpected but quite impressive. We had a service loaner while our was in the shop and it was the electric i3. What a hoot to drive! If we lived in a city I'd have to seriously think about owning one of those. Anyway, we came away very pleased with our experience and look forward to our next visit. More

I live 35 miles away and invested half my work day to have my car serviced. I must say it was well worth my time. Absolutely great service, friendly staff, staff at all levels from the manager down to the service staff was friendly and helpful. Free snacks and drinks, tv, waiting room was comfortable. Cost was reasonable and well worth knowing my BMW received factory spec service. I am a very picky customer and give Camp BMW a grade of "A". I will return to Camp BMW in Spokane WA. for future service on my car and will keep my experience posted. Over all GREAT experience ?? More
Excellent Confident Service The used 2010 F150 Super Crew I purchased on January 25, 2014 developed a loud whine in the rear axle roughly 59 days later. After contemplating the The used 2010 F150 Super Crew I purchased on January 25, 2014 developed a loud whine in the rear axle roughly 59 days later. After contemplating the $1200 to $1500 rebuild cost, I looked through my purchase papers and found a 60 day / 3000 mile "warranty" form. I called the Lithia warranty center 800 number and spoke to a gentleman that confirmed my "warranty" and told me to take the truck to CAMP BMW immediately and start a claim. I immediately drove over expecting some flak over the problem but was met with a professional demeanor by Matt Rydman in service. He quickly started the claim and then set up a rental car to use during the down time at their expense. It took a few days longer than everyone expected to find and receive a replacement rear axle but once it arrived, I had the truck back the following day .......... with a quiet rear axle. The total cost to Lithia was over $2700 including 2 weeks of rental vehicles and my cost was momentary "heartburn" and upset over the problem. Both Mel and Matt handled this beautifully - much better than any dealer experience I'd ever experienced in 76 vehicle ownership. I'll be checking their inventory the next time I'm in the market!
