Phenomenal!!! I contacted this dealership to inquire about a new vehicle. I was transferred to John Strazza and he immediately started working on a deal. John was honest and extremely helpful during every step of the process. I'm in law school and I don't have time to play games. I explained my situation and John understood what I wanted and never asked for anything more. He exceeded my wants and needs! He made sure that when I picked up my car it had everything and more included in the vehicle for a great price! I'm thankful I came across BMW of Springfield and spoke to John because if it wasn't for his amazing service, I probably wouldn't be driving a brand new 428xi. I didn't walk in to buy a BMW all I knew was that we needed a car and needed one quickly, but Ellis was so professional and took so much time wth me working out pricing for many different vehicles. Not once did he even hesitate when I asked about so many different vehicles. This is what real customer services is; making the client feel great. Needless to say I walked out visited a few other dealers but returned the next day and purchased a BMW X1. I love it and I have stopped back at the dealership a few times for my plates and an encore visit and I always feel so at home when I walk through the door and Ellis always makes a point to say hello if he sees me. I can honestly say that I'm a client for life. I'm already thinking about my next BMW. Keep up the great work. More

Poor after sales service.. 3/1/16 Problem is resolved now. I was sent a "use tax" bill from the state of pennsylvania after leasing a bmw from then "JMK BMW", I had several questions regarding this tax as it w I was sent a "use tax" bill from the state of pennsylvania after leasing a bmw from then "JMK BMW", I had several questions regarding this tax as it was my first lease and first vehicle from out of state. I have been trying to receive assistance and get some questions answered from BMW of Springfield for over two months now. After several voicemails were left in finance, I have given up and decided to share my experience. I will not be returning to this dealership nor will any friends or family. UPDATE: As of 3/1/16 my problem with the dealership was resolved. Thanks again to Tom for handling everything so promptly after notified More

Immediately upon arriving at the lot we were greeted by our sales rep Gary Floyd. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and made us feel right at home. The dealership was very well stocked with new BMW's, and very well setup. The finance dept. explained at length our buying/lease options. Everyone there was very helpful.
