When it was time to replace my sport wagon, which by the way I was told to do by JMK Service because I was "wasting money", (which in itself is pretty remarkable); I was not sure what to do. I had looked at many cars. Cathi owner principal and Anthony at Saab Service suggested I look at the new BMW X1 next door. I went over there, was introduced to Angelo , the GM and then Lucas in sales. Lucas was able to source the car with the options I was looking for at a great price and got it turned around quickly for delivery. He has been responsive and courteous to my emails and questions. I am looking forward to continuing my Service and Parts relationship at BMW of Springfield under the new ownership. More
