VP was our sales rep and we had a complex family sale/lease situation and he was so patient in working through with us and did the deal entirely via phone/txt/email! He couldn't have made it easier and even made a house call during the holidays to save us a trip to the dealership. Now that's customer service!! Tony handled closing out financing and was never pushy or rude but simply awesome and respectful in working through the numbers. We actually went to another bmw dealership in nj before JMK for another car and let's just say the experience was so disappointing that it led us to look elsewhere for our second car. My 2010 Audi A4 was involved in a car accident which sustained damage to the front bumper, passenger quarter panel and front passenger head light. All the work was done initially by a body shop that was recommended by my insurance company. Unfortunately, the work lacked qualify workmanship. After twice trying to rectify the issues with the body shop with no satisfaction at the end , I opted to take the car to JMK. I met with Ken and explained to him my concerns about the quality of the workmanship and my expectations in having the car returned to pre- accident conditions. Ken agreed and assured me that he would take care of the issues. Sure enough , Ken lived up to his promise of total satisfaction when I picked up the car and saw the work that was done. I was totally pleased and would recommend JMK for all collision repairs. Ken is a true professional and someone that I can trust to get the job done that meets the highest standard of workmanship. I was looking for the bottom-line, no-nonsense dealer experience, and I got that with JMK BMW, courtesy of Veedit "VP" Patel. I was a little apprehensive because we usually deal with one specific dealer experience, and I got that with JMK BMW, courtesy of Veedit "VP" Patel. I was a little apprehensive because we usually deal with one specific dealer for our cars, but after seeing the level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect that VP and the staff at JMK exhibited, all my anxiety went out the window. VP sat me down, went through the list of available options, and gave me his lowest price, which was considerably lower than any other dealer had offered me. There was no haggling, no tension, just open, clear-cut, refreshing honesty. VP kept following up with me regarding the car, telling me exactly where it was in the building process, and when it was set to arrive at the dealership. He even provided me with his personal cell number so that whenever I called, I was able to reach him immediately. When the car arrived, (in two and a half weeks, while other buyers at other dealerships were told they had to wait a minimum of four) VP and his manager went through the extensive paperwork, turning an experience that often left us confused at what we were signing into an informative experience knowing the different insurance plans that BMW has to offer on their cars. All in all, I recommend JMK BMW to all those wanting a stress-free, honest dealer experience. The dealership is very easily accessible and is beautiful, with three floors filled with BMW's iconic cars. VP is the first dealer that I have truly appreciated working with, and would not bad an eye before agreeing to work with him again.
