We had previously owned 4 BMWs. We had leased the majority of them from 1 particular dealer. Using the computer and this previous dealer, we obtained various quotes for a 2011 X5. Despite our obvious legitimacy and qualifications, our previous dealer, and the dealers who provided prices over the internet, were overpriced and game players who only wasted our time. Heather O'Brien of JMK was communicative, smart, incredibly fair and honest from the start--she gave us the right price from the beginning. She knew that the price had to be right-no games at all! The transition to our new X5 was seamless and pleasant. Heather is an automobile purchaser's dream. No need to go further than Heather-no need to price shop-she is the one!! JMK is the one!!!!P.S.--as for our previous dealer-it called us to inquire what had happend-- we responded as Julia Roberts did so eloquently in Pretty Woman, "Big Mistake!" More

I worked again with salesman (Client Advisor in BMW speak) Mark Carvalho. Mark is very knowledgeable with BMW products and very pleasant to work with. He is quick to respond with any questions (by phone or email) and very honest in all my dealings with him. Once we negotiated on a price, he got me the X5 I wanted and the delivery day was a great experience. No hidden fees or any surprises. He had all the paperwork ready, went over all the features of the new car (new iDrive etc), installed new mats and patiently answered all my questions. Mark took me to the finance person who offered me the extra protection packages but did not push anything. He too was patient and explained the finance options and answered questions about my finance calculations. I wish all my transactions are as easy and painless as this one and all the salesmen I deal with clones of Mark. I have no links to JMK except as a customer and I highly recommend JMK and Mark Carvalho to anyone looking to buy or lease a new BMW in the NY/NJ area. best, charles More

We have always used Jacob as our service advisor at JMK BMW. He has always gone above and beyond for us. Whether this meant helping us get an emergency appointment for a service problem or helping us out w BMW. He has always gone above and beyond for us. Whether this meant helping us get an emergency appointment for a service problem or helping us out with a flat tire, he has always handled our problems with great professionalism, patience and friendship. He is also very knowledgeable and passionate about the BMW brand. Most recently, Jacob helped us out with a flat tire issue related to our tire insurance. I have to say that he really took good care of us and this is something of a rarity to see in many dealerships, even BMW ones. I would highly recommend him to others and thank him for all his help to both of us. More

My experience at JMK was in interesting. This was my first non-Toyota (Camry, Rav-4, 4-Runner) and LUXURY car purchase so I was hesitant at how the treatment and process goes. I was pleased from the be first non-Toyota (Camry, Rav-4, 4-Runner) and LUXURY car purchase so I was hesitant at how the treatment and process goes. I was pleased from the beginning. Danny Acosta was a real guy who's priority wasn't making a sale (you think - oh this is just his act to get you TO BUY) but no. We had conversations and he listened to everything I wanted and worked thru prices and options when I know there were others waiting. So even though he knew I wasn't sure if I was going to buy, he was still very available. I was literally there 4 days in a row to discuss my New 2011 X5 35i. So we ordered the car and it came in with the wrong trim!! Imagine after a month of waiting...but Sal Gerbino and Danny were quick to make the corrections - and the NEW new order was there within 2 weeks, no problem. As for PRICE - I checked at BMW in Morristown, Bloomfield, and Edison and no one's price was within $500 of what we got off invoice at JMK. This made my experience OVERALL great and I would return to JMK in the future for sure! More
