Stopped by to get information on acquiring a new vehicle and I was greeted by majority of the staff. The gentleman that helped me was Shawn Rich, he gave me the information I needed, and we even went out fo and I was greeted by majority of the staff. Throughout the drive, he guided me through every feature available on the vehicle. He was very professional and knew what he had to say. We got back and I had already fallen in love with the vehicle. We got back, and told him I was interested in acquiring the vehicle. He got all the paperwork ready to run through their finance team. On the next day I left with said vehicle, the whole experience was just a great overall. Mind you, this is also the first time I’ve bought a new vehicle. I highly recommend going to reliable BMW, their entire team is amazing and made it a breeze to acquire a vehicle. 10/10 More
